Regardless of the Treatment booked, you can choose the type of treatment that suits you with your Vinotherapist, provided that the duration is the same as that of the treatment booked. It is only possible to swap your Treatment for a Body Scrub if a shower room is available.4. I have booked a Treatment but want to cancel or postpone it, how do I do this?

Option 2: As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date.
